I am a Computer Science and Engineering graduate with experience across client communication, operations support, data analysis, web development, and freelance project delivery. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, customer handling, active listening, and teamwork skills.

Since 2023, I have worked as a Freelance Associate, where I have handled client requirements, managed multiple assignments, maintained communication through email and chat, provided regular updates, and delivered projects within deadlines. This experience has helped me become more adaptable, organized, and confident in dealing with different people and requirements.

I also gained hands-on experience as a Full Stack Web Development Intern, where I worked with the MERN stack, assisted with debugging and testing, prepared technical documentation, and adapted to changing project requirements. My academic projects included web applications, a music recommendation system, and a student data analysis project using Excel, Pivot Tables, and charts.

My key interests are customer support, client success, operations, business processes, data analysis, reporting, and roles where I can combine my technical background with communication and problem-solving skills. I am particularly interested in opportunities where I can interact with people, understand their needs, solve problems, coordinate tasks, and contribute to a team's goals.

I am a quick learner who enjoys taking on new responsibilities and working in dynamic environments.
