What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior HRBP role partnering with CXOs to build performance and talent systems, strengthen employee relations through change, and lead measurable HR transformation across global teams.

I’m a Senior Manager HRBP with 13 years of experience partnering with CXOs, ELT members, function heads, and global managers across SaaS, technology services, consulting, and client-facing environments. I build organization-wide HR processes end to end—translating people priorities into measurable outcomes across performance management, competency frameworks, talent management, employee relations, engagement, and change.

In my current role at SirionLabs, I own the organization-wide performance management process as COE, designing the end-to-end framework and strengthening governance, manager accountability, and performance discipline for ~800 employees. I also lead competency/capability initiatives (including a scaled competency assessment), manage restructuring and targeted exits, and handle complex ER matters with confidentiality and risk awareness while governing ESAT improvements from 58 to 75 in six months.
