What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can own recruitment support, onboarding, and employee engagement while using Excel/Power BI to build HR dashboards. I want a team that values compliance and continuous improvement through actionable people analytics.

I’m a dynamic HR intern with experience at Tynor Orthotics Pvt. Ltd., where I sourced candidates, conducted interviews, and supported onboarding to help new hires integrate seamlessly. I focus on building efficient people processes by turning HR data into clear insights through data visualization.

I’ve also strengthened employee experience through performance management support, employee relations, exit interviews, and grievance handling, while ensuring statutory compliance with ESI, PF, and gratuity.
