What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an executive support or administrative role where I can manage priorities, coordinate stakeholders, maintain confidential records, and help leadership make timely decisions.

I've supported CEOs and managing directors at Riverdale Aerovista and Indo Canadian Transport Co., managing high-volume executive calendars, correspondence, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes. At Riverdale Aerovista, I managed more than 70 executive meetings monthly and coordinated domestic and international travel.
