What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an application management role where I can support reliable, secure enterprise applications, strengthen ITSM processes, and contribute to service improvements and team knowledge sharing.

At Capgemini Technology Services India LTD., I supported ALM and production operations for enterprise applications, including incident response, root cause analysis, and release approvals. I used Grafana, Kibana, and Control-M for real-time monitoring.

I managed regional L2 and vendor team handovers, tracked operational metrics, and worked with business, development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity stakeholders. I also maintained operation manuals and contributed to disaster recovery planning.

At Gibson’s Technologies, I supported incident resolution, root cause analysis, and service improvements in line with ITSM processes. I also created knowledge base and wiki documents and supported application security assessments.

Earlier, I supported capital market applications for Royal Bank of Canada through Tata Consultancy Services, including Fixed Income Derivatives applications and sanity checks for trading applications. Across my roles, I’ve contributed to proactive monitoring that reduced repeat incidents and to application compliance and audit readiness.
