What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting HR operations, employee benefits, leave administration, compliance, and full employee lifecycle processes in a role where I can apply my multi-state HRIS and client support experience.

At 4th Sector Solutions, I administer comprehensive U.S. benefits programs for multi-state clients and serve as HR Generalist for Louisiana and New York charter school clients. I support open enrollment, benefits inquiries, broker and carrier coordination, FMLA documentation, STD claims, reconciliations, invoice audits, onboarding, compliance, and certifications.

I've built a detail-focused operations background across HR, hospitality, and administrative roles, including financial reconciliation, confidential record handling, staff supervision, and high-volume customer communication. I bring hands-on experience with Paycom, ADP, Paychex, UKG, Paylocity, and Greenhouse, supported by an M.S. in Human Resource Management.
