At Discovery Limited, I serve as a key contact for strategic external partners, coordinating onboarding, delivery and issue resolution. When a partner fell below target, I analyzed performance trends, identified a change on Discovery's side and coordinated corrective action; performance recovered above target within a month.
I also coordinate Salesforce-based customer re-engagement with CVM, marketing and data teams, and document workflows and business requirements. Previously, as a Leads Tester (QA / User Acceptance Testing) at Discovery Limited, I coordinated system testing and UAT for digital platforms and helped prepare rollout documentation and training materials.
