As an Assistant Brand Manager at Arta Partners - Tunas Mekar Dental, I improve operational efficiency through SOP development, workflow analysis, and performance tracking systems. I monitor team KPIs, facilitate performance review meetings, and prepare operational reports, while using root cause analysis and continuous improvement to resolve recurring operational challenges. I also analyze sales events, explore partnership opportunities, and develop new bundling strategies—coordinating with internal teams and vendors to keep brand initiatives running smoothly.

Alongside brand and operations work, I bring strong communication and coaching skills from teaching English. As an English Tutor (Mr Bob Kampung Inggris), I taught vocabulary, listening, and grammar, delivering intensive camp sessions with an IELTS Speaking target of 5.5 and TOEFL score of 450. I led classes of 15+ members per program, driving 75–80% improvement in speaking fluency, confidence, and active participation through structured practice and feedback.

I also built customer-facing execution experience as an Admin and Customer Service Online, Live Stream Lead, and Host Live at Kacamata Berkana. I managed multi-channel customer service, standardized product information for e-commerce, planned TikTok promotions, hosted live sessions, and monitored sales performance. I handled in-store operations like visual merchandising, transaction processing, quality control, monthly stock opname, and daily customer service, and I’ve strengthened leadership through serving as Head of Public Relation Department, leading 21 staff and launching the “Bincang Kimia” podcast with 200+ listeners per episode.
