I’m looking for a role where I can own business outcomes in an Agile environment—aligning stakeholders, writing clear stories/RTM, and applying AI/ML (OCR, chatbots, voice) to build customer-focused products.

I’m a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner with 8+ years driving digital transformation across Banking, Payments, Retail, and EdTech. Currently, I work as a Staff Consultant at Nagarro, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams to define scope, requirements, and scalable solutions.

I lead Agile delivery through backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story definition, and I strengthen quality with requirement traceability and UAT support. I’m hands-on with AI/ML implementations such as Voice Commerce, OCR, and Chatbots, while also managing e-commerce platforms like Vtex and SAP Commerce Cloud.
