I'm delivering GenAI-powered products at FNF India, including Sales Navigator and Email Intelligence for Pulse CRM. My work has reduced CRM query turnaround from 60 seconds to 5–15 seconds for 1,500+ sales agents and reduced manual email triage by 50% for 200+ escrow officers.

I translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, workflow designs, BRD/SRS documentation, AI classification logic, and validated delivery outcomes. I lead Agile ceremonies, partner with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams across regions, and have supported 10 releases with a five-member team.

Previously, at KEC International and Kalpataru Power Transmission, I improved requirement quality through stakeholder workshops, gap analysis, UML, BPMN, AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, prioritization, user stories, and backlog management. I authored 240 user stories across 20 sprints and helped reduce requirement rework by 50%.

I also bring pre-sales and power-utility delivery experience from Transrail Lighting, where I supported requirements, testing, implementation, and international RFI/RFQ responses across 10 countries. My domain experience spans BFSI, payments, healthcare, CRM, power, and utilities.
