I’m open to permanent on-site roles in Kolkata, or remote and hybrid opportunities across India.

At AT&T Communication Services, I deliver Level-2 support and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure, helping maintain service availability. My work includes routing and switching across MPLS, WAN circuits, and PE-CE interconnectivity.

I coordinate escalations, remote hands support, equipment RMAs, and cross-domain incident resolution across AT&T global Internet Data Centers. I also analyze incident patterns and implement preventive measures.

At Internetworkz, I trained graduate students and corporate professionals in networking architecture, routing and switching, and troubleshooting. I also maintained the institute’s SOHO network infrastructure and security.

At Cerner Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I developed and supported Java-based applications for healthcare device integration. I also handled production fixes, root cause analysis, and monitoring and maintenance of server-network environments.
