At Infosys Ltd., I worked as a Network Engineer supporting enterprise and service-provider environments. I provided L2 and L3 support across Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS platforms.
I designed, validated, and implemented routing and switching configurations, including VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and MPLS. I also troubleshot WAN connectivity issues such as latency, packet loss, and reachability.
I handled incident, problem, and change management in line with ITIL processes, including root cause analysis for recurring network issues. I also created network documentation and provided technical guidance to L1/L2 engineers.
