I’m a Network Engineer with around 3 years of experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN networks, including routing and switching, network troubleshooting, VLAN management, and enterprise network monitoring. I focus on fast, accurate resolution of connectivity and performance issues while keeping SLA compliance strong.

In my recent role as a Network Engineer, I monitored LAN/WAN infrastructure and resolved network incidents end to end. I performed troubleshooting across Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer 3 issues, and configured and supported VLANs, switch ports, and trunk configurations on Cisco switches.

I also handled routing configuration and IP subnet management, and investigated DNS, DHCP, internet connectivity, and VPN-related problems. Using monitoring tools, I identified packet loss, latency, and downtime, coordinated with ISP vendors during WAN outages, and supported enterprise users by closing network tickets within SLA timelines.

I’m also comfortable with security-related connectivity validation, including basic firewall troubleshooting. Alongside my Cisco CCNA credential and hands-on practice, I’ve worked as a Lecturer—delivering core ECE subjects and supporting practical sessions—so I bring clear communication, dependable independence, and a strong analytical approach to every network challenge.
