I’m a Senior Business Intelligence and Strategy Analyst focused on turning CRM, web, and revenue data into actionable dashboards, automation, and clear business decisions. I build and streamline end-to-end reporting that supports C-suite and stakeholder needs.

In my current role, I directed automation of Revenue Forecasts and integrated them with dependent reports, launched new KPI reporting for Sales performance, and developed HubSpot CRM report frameworks that produced an aggregated Index Dashboard covering 100% Booking numbers. I also rebuilt Power BI reporting into an “AIR All-in-one” go-to performance management and forecast view.

I’ve consistently improved speed, accuracy, and visibility—rebuilding dashboards, advancing customer hierarchy and account cleanup, and fixing SKU-level product mapping that improved annual revenue reflection by $308K. I standardized automatic report refreshes to move output from once every 12 hours to once every 3 hours (and faster back-end syncs), while ensuring correct mapping and reduced conflicts and TAT.

Earlier, at Girnarsoft (Cardekho Group), I directed a team of four analysts and administered MIS/analytics for national-level stakeholders across two BUs. I automated reporting with MySQL, Python scripts, and APIs to increase dashboard output frequency, implemented YBR/QBR/MBR/WBR reporting routines, and strengthened query/automation to reduce run time—improving visibility by 40% and execution efficiency significantly.
