I’m a strategic analytics and business intelligence professional with 12+ years of experience across data analysis, project management, reporting, and stakeholder-facing delivery. I translate business needs into actionable analytics, dashboards, and insight-led solutions that support decision-making and platform adoption.

In my current role as an Analytics & Modeling Specialist, I partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and turn requirements into interactive Power BI dashboards. I conduct exploratory data analysis and data pre-processing to generate insights for leadership, including KPI views like sales target, pipeline, win rate, and revenue.

I also own the mechanics of delivery: I manage analytics demand by supporting scope definition, delivery coordination, and business requirement translation across teams. I collaborate with technology teams on backlog creation and feature development aligned to business requirements and platform priorities, and I help teams through user enablement and self-service analytics training.

Beyond BI, I’ve built hands-on AI enablement through the design and deployment of a Copilot/Amethyst-based onboarding agent. I centralized SOPs, dashboard usage guidance, validation processes, and FAQs to improve onboarding efficiency, reduce dependency on manual knowledge transfer, and support global rollout and continuous enhancement as Global Administrator.
