What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT and information security role where I can apply cyber security operations, incident management, SQL, business analysis, and software testing skills while learning, taking on new challenges, and contributing to organizational success.

I provide L1 application and production support for IDFC FIRST BANK's FinOne BTO platform, supporting critical CAS and LMS banking applications. I investigate loan-processing, customer-account, transaction, and application issues; validate data with SQL; analyze logs; and coordinate complex incidents with L2/L3 teams.

Previously at Tata Consultancy Services, I delivered L2 IT operations support for Westpac Bank and Royal Bank of Canada projects. I managed EOD/BOD processes, monitored applications and SQL performance, deployed patches, supported production releases, and performed sanity testing to protect system stability and continuity.

I'm pursuing continued growth in IT and information security, bringing experience in incident management, application support, software testing, and deepfake-content analysis. My work has been recognized with an on-the-spot award and a special achievement award for client relationship management.
