I’m a Vietnam market entry and investment advisor with 20+ years of experience across incorporate banking, commercial due diligence, market intelligence, business development, and strategic partnerships. I help multinational companies, investors, private equity firms, financial institutions, and management consultancies make confident Vietnam expansion decisions across financial services, FMCG, food distribution, and technology.

In my current role, I lead Vietnam market assessments and business expansion initiatives, running commercial due diligence, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to assess market attractiveness and mitigate commercial risk. I also develop go-to-market strategies, investment memoranda, and executive presentations that support strategic decision-making and investment evaluation.

I’m especially focused on practical execution: I evaluate distribution models, partner ecosystems, and commercial feasibility to identify scalable opportunities. I coordinate cross-functional teams across legal, finance, and operations to ensure efficient project execution and stakeholder alignment.

Previously, I served as a Senior/Relationship Manager – Corporate & Institutional Banking at EIB, ANZ, and MZH (2004–2018), managing corporate banking portfolios and advising Vietnamese enterprises on financing, investment, and business growth initiatives. I conducted financial, commercial, and industry analysis for credit and lending decisions, structured financing solutions aligned with expansion plans, and worked closely with founders, CFOs, senior executives, and risk/legal teams to improve execution efficiency.
