What I'm looking for

I’m looking to use my full-charge forensic bookkeeping skills—QuickBooks, AP/AR, reconciliations, audits, and tax support—while also contributing office management and HR/payroll experience in teams that value accuracy, documentation, and clear reporting.

I’m a full-charge forensic bookkeeper and QuickBooks ProAdvisor with extensive experience supporting real estate, construction/development, non-profits, and service organizations. I specialize in accurate AP/AR workflows, reconciliations, and special reporting built from formulated spreadsheets.

In my current per-diem role and across past positions, I’ve handled chart of accounts setup, audits, tax support (including 1099s), and ongoing reconciliations and monthly comparisons. I’m also comfortable converting tax data into legal-format spreadsheets and preparing materials that support clients, owners, CPAs, and legal teams.

I previously worked as a full charge forensic bookkeeper/office manager at a forensic accounting firm, where I handled typical office operations alongside financial processing—email and customer service, vendor relations, and legal-format billing—while reporting to an owner who was a Forensic Accountant, CPA, and Lawyer.

Earlier, I managed daily operations for a multi-company real estate office (including full charge QuickBooks, banking, leasing/leases, spreadsheet management, and tech support), and I also brought payroll/HR exposure through roles that included Human Resources, Paychex/ADP-style payroll responsibilities, and office administration. I’m known for organized documentation, robust reporting, and getting systems working reliably.
