What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote operations or business support role where I can improve workflows, coordinate logistics, communicate with clients, and use digital tools to strengthen service delivery.

At Lean Staffing Group, I coordinate and monitor U.S. freight shipments, working with carriers, drivers, brokers, and customers to keep pickups and deliveries on track. I recover at-risk shipments, resolve delays and documentation issues, and negotiate freight rates while maintaining cost efficiency.

I've also supported high-volume customer and back-office operations at Majorel, Continuum Global Solutions, Sutherland, and Atlantic BPO. My work includes document validation, email support, IVR routing, dispute resolution, and improving service flow and customer satisfaction.

I'm bilingual in Spanish and English and enjoy improving operational efficiency in remote environments through Excel, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and AI productivity tools.
