At VML, I lead HR strategy for an 850-person technology, data, and analytics organization, advising North American and global executive leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and operating model transformation.

I build AI directly into the People function, designing and deploying production agents on WPP Open and establishing responsible-use and data-classification standards for employee data. I help Technology and Data leaders assess AI’s impact on role design, capacity, reskilling, job architecture, and hiring strategy.

Previously, I led a regional HR organization of up to 11 HRBPs, Directors, and VPs at Wunderman Thompson, where I launched a national onboarding program that improved new-hire satisfaction by 40% and reduced ramp time by 30%.

I’ve also built and scaled the People function at Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis, increasing retention by 15%, productivity by 25%, and underrepresented representation by 30%. Through PeopleBalance HR, I advise founder-led and mid-market organizations on culture, talent strategy, executive coaching, AI adoption, and governance guardrails.
