I am an Industrial Engineer with a strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. I graduated from Universidad TecMilenio in December 2023, where I also earned certificates in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, International Business Management, and Logistics and Supply Chain. My academic background has equipped me with a solid foundation in engineering principles and a keen understanding of business dynamics.

In my professional journey, I have gained valuable experience as a Shipping Supervisor at MEVISA Componentes, where I supervised defect reports and ensured quality control within the plant. Currently, I am involved in the Continuous Improvement Area at Arca Continental, where I create reports that evaluate procedures and optimize resource allocation. My role as an independent seller at MANPAC has further honed my skills in sales and customer relations, allowing me to apply my engineering knowledge in practical settings.

My purpose is to leverage my engineering expertise to inspire and innovate. I am dedicated to sharing my experiences with future generations and fostering a love for learning. I believe in the importance of listening to employees' suggestions and implementing improvements that benefit both the workforce and the organization.
