As a Technical Advisor & Supply Chain Coordinator at Grupo CIPSA, I’ve been selected for the “high-potential Talent Seedbed” program to lead end-to-end technical consulting and supply chain operations for construction machinery across México and Latin America. I use SAP S/4HANA to categorize and optimize inventory datasets, logistics flows, and sales workflows, supporting high-scale operational efficiency.

I also perform high-precision analysis and data verification of engineering specifications to ensure accuracy in spare part procurement and technical documentation. Previously, as a Data Security & Technical Support Specialist at Verizon, I managed sensitive information and security protocols with a strong focus on data privacy compliance and high-accuracy reporting.

I’ve strengthened internal reliability by analyzing and documenting complex technical issues into detailed internal knowledge bases to improve response times and system reliability, and by investigating fraud incidents using internal diagnostic tools while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Earlier, I built practical engineering foundations through electronics work—designing PCB boards, developing 3D models in SolidWorks, and using 3D printing for luminaire enclosures—along with preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery.
