What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead client growth, sales transformation, and operational improvement in transport and logistics, using CRM, KPI insights, cross-functional collaboration, and strong client partnerships to improve service and revenue.

I've spent over 27 years delivering sales, account management, and operational improvement across transport and logistics. At DPD Laser, I retained 100% of clients, grew annual portfolio value by R36 million, and exceeded a R36 million revenue target by achieving nearly R56 million.

I've led post-acquisition sales integration at DSV following the Globeflight acquisition, standardising CRM workflows and sales processes while maintaining client retention. I use CRM, BI reporting, KPI analysis, contract negotiation, and cross-functional coordination to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
