What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support employees and leaders through employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, coaching, and people practices in a mission-driven organization.

I’m a bilingual leader with a background in Psychology who has dedicated her career to designing people-centered programs that create lasting organizational and community impact.

Across healthcare, government, nonprofit, and human resources environments, i have consistently built initiatives that help individuals overcome adversity while strengthening the organizations that serve them.

My work has included supporting underserved cancer patients through education, self-care, and access to treatment resources; creating an innovative cancer survivor wig program that restored dignity and confidence to patients during treatment; designing violence prevention initiatives that empowered at-risk youth to become community leaders; leading multidisciplinary teams delivering prevention programs for children, adolescents, and women; and partnering with leaders to develop healthier, more engaged workplaces.

Rather than being defined by one profession or industry, my career is defined by one consistent purpose: helping people grow, helping organizations thrive, and creating programs that generate measurable and lasting impact.
