I'm looking to support employees and leaders through employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, coaching, and people practices in a mission-driven organization.

At Milo Workroom, I serve as a primary HR resource for employees and leaders, guiding workplace concerns, performance expectations, employee relations matters, and people processes. I coach managers, facilitate difficult conversations, and help ensure HR policies are applied consistently.

I've led HR, people operations, and organizational development across community, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations in the U.S. and Latin America. My psychology background and bilingual English-Spanish communication support thoughtful, confidential handling of sensitive employee matters.
