What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote operations role supporting billing, AR/AP, claims, or revenue workflows where I can improve processes through automation, reconciliation, SOP development, and cross-functional coordination.

At Adidas, I managed billing reconciliation and account operations for 50–150 client accounts monthly, while cutting invoice-sending time by approximately 50% through VBA and Excel automation.

I built SOPs, trained and led a team of 10–12 colleagues, and created AI-enabled workflows with Claude to streamline reporting and repetitive administrative work. I also coordinated vendor and purchase order processes, Salesforce CRM management, and KPI reporting.

Previously at Odyssey Logistics, I built a client tracking system that gave full visibility into invoice status and follow-up actions across 15+ clients per week.
