I’m looking for a billing/operations leadership role where I can drive revenue recovery and ERP-scale process transformation, own KPI/SLA performance, and build strong teams across U.S./Canada markets with room to grow leadership depth.

I lead billing and operations teams with 15+ years of progressive experience, including 7+ years managing large-scale billing and operations organizations serving U.S. and Canada markets.

Currently, I oversee a 77-person organization accountable for approximately $500M in annual invoicing, with a consistent record of revenue recovery, ERP-scale transformation, and building high-performing teams. I was recognized as a 2026 Gold Club recipient—top 1% of C O N T A C T performers across North America.

I focus on end-to-end billing ownership: process design, revenue accuracy, KPI/SLA monitoring, process automation, and operational continuity. I’ve eliminated large unbilled backlogs by processing 460K+ billing documents across billing streams, recovering ~$26M+, and right-sizing processes (94 → 77) through automation and redesign with zero layoffs—natural attrition only.

My operational transformation experience includes SAP S/4HANA billing logic design, data cleansing, migration scripts, and load validation for 1.7M+ recurring contracts, plus improving invoice delivery for strategic accounts from multi-month delays to same-month issuance through standardization and automation. I also build sustainable leadership pipelines through succession planning, defined career paths, and training models.
