I’ve eliminated large unbilled backlogs by processing 460K+ billing documents across billing streams, recovering ~$26M+, and right-sizing processes (94 → 77) through automation and redesign with zero layoffs—natural attrition only.
My operational transformation experience includes SAP S/4HANA billing logic design, data cleansing, migration scripts, and load validation for 1.7M+ recurring contracts, plus improving invoice delivery for strategic accounts from multi-month delays to same-month issuance through standardization and automation. I also build sustainable leadership pipelines through succession planning, defined career paths, and training models.
