I am a well-organized and conscientious Fiber Optic Design Engineer with a Master of Science degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Silesian University of Technology. Over the past five years, I have honed my skills in comprehensive fiber optic network design, preparing construction and technical project documentation, and negotiating technical conditions. My experience includes working with various offices and network operators, ensuring that all design work is coordinated effectively.

Recently, I transitioned into a Customer Support Representative role at Ryanair Sun S.A., where I provided support to employees, resolved issues related to employment, and collaborated with different departments to maintain operational continuity. This change required perseverance and determination, but my flexibility and quick learning ability allowed me to adapt successfully to this new environment.

I am currently seeking new job opportunities abroad, particularly in design-related roles or on construction sites for fiber optic networks. I excel at managing my time efficiently and am always eager to embrace new challenges with confidence, striving for excellence in everything I do.
