I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can own service outcomes, resolve billing and ticket issues, and support operational reliability with clear communication—bringing my payroll and ecommerce customer experience to a team that values punctuality and continuous improvement.

I’m a customer service professional with a strong background across retail, human resources, and ecommerce support. Over the years, I’ve handled cash registers, resolved customer issues, and supported day-to-day operations with a proactive, committed mindset.

I also bring solid HR and administrative experience, including managing payroll and assisting with employee supplies. I’ve supported pensions, health insurance, and social security, ensuring employees received timely, accurate assistance.

In sales-focused and technical customer roles, I worked as a Diamonds International Diamond Grader—grading diamonds, analyzing trade-ins and upgrades, organizing shipments, and helping with merchandising and staff training. I enjoyed guiding customers in selecting diamonds and ensuring consistent quality and evaluation.

Today, I provide accounts and billing customer service and chat support through Microsoft services Waha, as well as eBay ecommerce customer service. Currently, as a Transportation & Payroll Customer Service Representative, I support parents and school districts through calls and ticket resolution for a school bus tracking app, while monitoring bus cameras and GPS systems and coordinating routes via email.
