I’m looking for a role where I can support an executive or team end-to-end—managing clients, CRM, scheduling, financial administration, and process improvements—while contributing to measurable growth and operational efficiency.

I’m a highly organized, results-driven Administrative and Executive Assistant with 10+ years of experience supporting business operations, HR functions, and executive leadership. I’ve built a reputation for managing high client volumes, coordinating multiple moving parts, and improving day-to-day efficiency.

As a Virtual Executive Personal Assistant (Aqua Locating Services), I provide full executive support to the CEO as the primary administrative professional. I manage communication with 50+ clients daily via email, phone, and WhatsApp, coordinate bookings and scheduling, and prepare reports after each client interaction.

I handle core operational and financial administration, including invoices, quotations, payment tracking, bank reconciliations, and detailed client data management using spreadsheets and CRM systems. I also oversaw and administered 100+ WhatsApp groups, conducted cold calling and follow-ups, supported onboarding of new business partners, and contributed to business growth from R40,000 to R250,000 monthly revenue.

Previously, I supported HR operations across 52 branches as an HR Assistant (PnL Hardware HQ), managing confidential employee records, processing leave applications and payroll documentation, and preparing CCMA documentation while working with SAGE accounting software. I’ve also led bar operations as a Bar Manager, strengthening my leadership, stock control, supplier coordination, and cash-up discipline.
