What I'm looking for
I’m a Psychology student (8th semester) with experience in customer support and administrative documentation. My focus is organizational climate, employee experience, talent management, and continuous improvement in high-demand environments.
At Concentrix (2025 – 2026), I handled chat and/or call interactions related to orders, shipping, and logistics tracking. I reduced resolution time for delivery issues through efficient tracking and coordination, while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) for timely responses.
