I’m an Інженер технічної підтримки / Спеціаліст з технічної підтримки focused on VoIP-телефонія та стабільну роботу комунікаційних систем. I help customers solve technical issues quickly, with clear guidance and hands-on troubleshooting.

In my recent role at Stream Telecom (2020–2025), I handled deployment and configuration of GSM equipment, diagnosed device performance, and supported reliable operation. I configured equipment such as phones, softphones, and GSM gateways, and addressed the technical difficulties that came up during day-to-day use.

I also supported integrations with different CRM-systems and worked across teams when complex issues required deeper collaboration. Beyond that, I provided customer support in chats and via email, and performed partial product testing to improve quality.

Earlier, at Binotel LLC (2019–2020), I delivered quality technical support related to VoIP communications. I supported equipment setup during implementations, advised on CRM integration, and helped with routing configuration for incoming and outgoing calls.
