At KEYCRM, I handle 40–50 daily requests involving CRM workflows, REST APIs, integrations, and automation. I test requests in Postman, investigate webhooks, analyze Grafana logs, and prepare bug reports for developers.
Previously at BINOTEL, I provided L2 support for IP telephony and CRM integrations. I've also built a Telegram crypto wallet project and am looking to combine software development with DevOps and infrastructure work.
