Over the years I have also done freelancing work for numerous clients in different industry sectors. These have included building websites for an office rental business (Drupal), a cancer charity (Squarespace), an online food delivery service (Shopify) and a greengrocer (Wordpress).

Working for this non-profit campaigning organisation I was in charge of their entire digital presence. This meant running the website, mailing list and social media, as well as producing original content such as videos and infographics. As the person in charge of outreach I also took charge when it came to organising and running events.

I started out in the role of Digital Officer but, after 18 m

I was hired by The North Pole as they were preparing to undergo a re-launch under new ownership. I was in charge of creating a long-term marketing strategy to suit their new ethos, having in mind the company’s unique selling points. This included designing a new logo & website, coordinating coherent new branding across all communication channels, creating promotional assets and ongoing marketing d

I built and managed the websites for over ten different venues, adapting the design to suit each venue’s niche. My job role included ongoing management of each venue’s social media presence using platforms such as Hootsuite, Mailchimp & TweetDeck. I was in charge of designing both online and printed promotional material, which ranged from logos and posters to menus and print advertisements.

During my time at FTR I was developing software for the digital recording of video and audio information to be used in the transcription industry. I was coding in C++ and C# using the DirectX APIs to process the audiovisual information.
