At Mamava, I’m integrating TalkBox’s installation operation into one national model. I sourced and contracted a network of 25+ installation partners covering 45,000+ ZIP codes, and redesigned routing and coverage to cut delivery and installation costs 40–50%.
I also built dispatch tools hands-on with AI, integrated with HubSpot and Sage, to automate coverage checks, partner selection, and qualification. That cut quoting from 4–6+ business days to same day.
As COO of TalkBox, I ran procurement, contract manufacturing, supply planning, and logistics, while owning the operating side of the P&L. I helped turn an annual deficit into net profit, a swing of about $350K a year, and improved on-time, first-attempt completion from less than half of orders to 98%.
Earlier, at Upslope Brewing Company, I took Spiked Snowmelt Seltzer from concept through rollout; it grew to about 40% of brewery sales. Across my work, I’ve stayed close to the details of sourcing, product, and operations, including delivering 1,500+ projects across 1,000+ locations in 15 countries and territories.
