For 8+ years in ultra-luxury real estate, I run full-cycle AI-augmented workflows using HubSpot CRM—building 21-day nurturing sequences, lead scoring, and pipeline automation—while producing high-impact commercial materials like broker playbooks and investor pitch decks. In my current role (AB Collection), I manage active ultra-luxury portfolios and closed sales across multiple Tulum and Riviera Maya projects, backed by prior operations leadership in hospitality, bars, restaurants, festivals, and tour guiding.
