I'm looking to lead CRM operations, sales-process optimization, digital transformation, and automation initiatives where I can improve data integrity, funnel visibility, reporting, and commercial outcomes across cross-functional teams.

I've led CRM transformation and sales-process improvement for Roberto Collins Inmobiliaria and IE University, translating operational needs into practical workflows, automation, and reliable reporting.

At IE University, I oversaw the migration from Salesforce to HubSpot and managed a dual-CRM funnel using HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics. I optimized lead scoring, workflow logic, and pipeline processes while maintaining data integrity across high-volume international recruitment operations.

I directly managed and trained a team of four professionals, partnered with Marketing, Admissions, Enrollment, and Academic teams, and contributed to achieving 131% of the Executive MBA enrollment target for Fall 2020.
