At Kazap, I responded to about 25 production incidents per week, using logs and New Relic, Zabbix, and Grafana to diagnose root causes.

I automated monitoring and operational tasks with Python and Bash, reducing the need for continuous manual monitoring. I also developed an n8n workflow integrated with the New Relic API that reduced false alerts by about 70%.

On Finance-Infra, I used Terraform to provision serverless applications on Google Cloud Run and Supabase, and built a Python forwarder for database metrics to the New Relic API.

I also developed personal projects including Nancy, a finance PWA with automated tests and a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline, and GestCare, a REST web system built with Java and Spring Boot.
