At NEES/UFAL, I lead QA in a production support and incident environment, triaging and prioritizing bugs and support tickets by severity and business impact. I investigate production issues using logs and APIs, then analyze root causes before routing issues to development.
I develop and maintain automated regression tests with Cypress. I also work closely with the Scrum Master and developers to confirm fixes are in the right environment before retesting.
I built Melza, a personal and shared finance app with multi-tenant workspaces and an AI chat that can query real balances and invoices and perform actions. The project also includes Nubank statement imports and PDF invoice generation.
I built ForceQA, a collaborative bug-tracking platform for QA sessions, with AI-powered duplicate bug detection and a REST export API. My earlier support roles included Python automation, incident management, and infrastructure monitoring.
