I’m looking for a bilingual customer service role where I can handle high-volume interactions, resolve issues efficiently, keep accurate confidential records, and support workflow and reporting in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with clear targets.

I’m a bilingual French-English customer service and administrative professional with strong experience handling high-volume customer interactions, data processing, documentation management, and operational support in fast-paced multicultural environments.

At CIGNA Insurance, I managed inbound customer interactions across phone, email, and digital channels, maintained confidential and compliant customer records, and supported workflow coordination and reporting. I’ve also coordinated administrative and operational responsibilities as a French / English Teacher and supported community programs as a Youth Coordinator, strengthening my communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving approach.
