I'm looking for a technical support or application support role where I can troubleshoot SaaS platforms and integrations, collaborate with engineering teams, improve support processes, and contribute to reliable product releases.

At The Access Group, I supported an enterprise restaurant-booking SaaS platform and helped migrate approximately 4,000 venues to Stripe Connect, including new Apple Pay and Google Pay capabilities.

I investigate software defects, payment incidents, API responses, JSON, logs, authentication, configuration, and data-flow issues across integrations including Stripe, Mailgun, Kobas, Airship, Tevalis, Access EPOS, and Zonal. I document reproducible findings in Azure DevOps, test in QA environments, and work closely with Engineering, Account Management, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve customer-impacting issues.

I manage high-volume support cases in Salesforce and Intercom, mentor new teammates, and improve troubleshooting workflows through practical documentation and process improvements.
