I’m looking for a role combining customer experience and operations leadership with real AI adoption. I’m open to on-site, hybrid, or remote work, and I want to deliver measurable service quality improvements using AI tools.

I’m a results-driven Customer Experience and Operations professional with 12+ years of experience across customer support, team leadership, and technical service coordination. At Honeywell in Bucharest, I’ve led dispatch operations for fire, security, HVAC, and building management systems, owning escalations and KPI-driven performance to ensure fast, SLA-compliant resolution.

I bring a strong operational excellence mindset: I coordinate day-to-day team operations through resource planning and scheduling, serve as the primary escalation point for customer and internal issues, and manage performance with Salesforce. I also lead coaching, mentoring, new-hire training, and service quality initiatives—building a proactive, customer-centric culture across service lines.

Alongside operational leadership, I’m rapidly expanding my AI expertise, working with prompt engineering and AI development using Claude API, RAG, MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI agents, and semantic/lexical search approaches. My goal is to combine customer impact with applied AI—turning technical capability into measurable service quality improvements while staying clear, collaborative, and execution-focused.
