At The Datum, I set up the PMO from scratch, creating project delivery and presales processes, SOPs, and templates. I also run RFI and RFP responses, solution design, and pricing for bids in the UAE and KSA.
I’m leading the Ras Al Khaimah Municipality AI smart inspection pilot, designed to identify and manage violations through image analysis and spatial intelligence. I keep scope, budget, timeline, and risks under control and report milestones and decisions to executive management.
At Urbi Gulf, I managed digital transformation workstreams for Saudi government clients, including the Balady government super app, DevOps, OCI cloud migration, and inspection transformation. For Balady, I led product, engineering, and delivery teams from planning through go-live.
Earlier, I managed technology projects at RTA and delivered telecom, media, payments, and cloud products at Etisalat (e&), including Switch TV and the Smiles app. I began in presales at Huawei Technologies, designing telecom network solutions and preparing technical proposals for operators across MENA.
