I lead end-to-end SaaS and on-premises deployments of Call Accounting, Innline, HSIA, and IPTV systems, coordinating global hospitality clients, product teams, and third-party vendors. I also manage approximately USD 80,000 in monthly billing across active client engagements.

Previously at CADD Emirates, I delivered enterprise ICT and ELV programmes including 100+ Etisalat Public Wi-Fi deployments, SD-WAN, NAC, firewall upgrades, UAE-wide CCTV projects, and airport security solutions. My work has supported banking, government, aviation, education, hospitality, and telecom clients.

With 18+ years in the UAE and Middle East, I bring PMP, RMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, and risk-management discipline to structured cabling, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and ELV delivery. I build alignment across multicultural teams, vendors, government authorities, and enterprise stakeholders to secure on-time, on-budget handovers.
