At Critical Links, I lead the product roadmap and guide the evolution of C3, a B2B platform connecting edge devices, software, cloud management and AI. I led the launch and rollout of AI-enabled capabilities, and helped replace undocumented support practices with defined workflows and Power BI reporting.

At A-to-Be, I led product delivery across Via Verde mobility services, including the 2021 launch of Via Verde EV charging with Mobi.E and EcoChoice. I also led four cross-functional engineering teams, onboarded and coached three Product Managers, and supported the definition of the Via Verde Transição Energética service with AMPECO.
