Built and scaled the product organization across web, mobile, B2C, and B2B offerings during Zenklub’s rapid growth phase, defining product vision, operating models, and execution processes. Founded and built a social platform and ecosystem for musicians focused on band formation, collaboration, venues, and community engagement, growing to 100k+ musicians and a multidisciplinary founding team. Led delivery of Catappult, a blockchain-based app distribution and monetization platform for Android developers, coordinating Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams during a rapid execution cycle. Delivered the platform from scratch in ~5 months and helped shape developer-facing monetization and distribution experiences.

Led product initiatives for mobility and real-time public transportation passenger information systems across mobile, web, and physical information channels.
