At MasterControl, I support Talent Acquisition by managing end-to-end recruiting workflows, coordinating virtual and onsite interviews, and creating seamless experiences for candidates and hiring teams.

I schedule across the United States, UK, Singapore, Australia, India, and Japan; source through LinkedIn Recruiter; administer employee referrals; onboard hires and contractors; and develop interview training materials. I also coordinate offer calls and offer letters for Engineering Interns.

Previously at Danone North America, I managed full-cycle hiring and onboarding for hourly roles while processing weekly payroll for 214 employees across 36 shift patterns. I supported benefits, training, labor relations, facility operations, and employee events in a food manufacturing environment.

My earlier retail leadership experience at Bath and Body Works strengthened my background in hiring, workforce scheduling, inventory, visual merchandising, sales reporting, and team operations.
