I’m a dedicated, bilingual customer service professional with over seven years of experience in sales and client interaction, built on empathy, patience, and clear communication.

In retail and client-facing roles, I delivered personalized service in fast-paced environments, processed transactions, and handled returns and exchanges efficiently. I also met daily and monthly sales goals through effective upselling and strong customer engagement.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Cornerstone Elementary School Teacher Assistant in an extended day program, supervising and engaging with children in a safe, structured setting while communicating with parents and staff about students’ needs. I supported homework and learning through educational games.

Most recently, I work at Brilliant Smiles Orthodontics as a front desk receptionist, providing exceptional patient support by answering treatment-related questions, managing check-ins/check-outs, and maintaining a welcoming office environment. I also serve as a bilingual liaison between the doctor and patients to ensure clear understanding.
