I'm seeking remote opportunities in Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, Customer Support, Student Care, Account Management, or Entry-Level QA where I can use my customer-facing experience, problem-solving skills, and technical aptitude to improve user experiences, support product adoption, and contribute to team success.

I’m a QA Tester/QA Engineer with a strong foundation in analysis and documentation skills, test case design, and bug documentation using Jira. I’ve built a hands-on QA approach through web application testing, API testing with HTTP methods, and validations using Postman with JSON data structures—always with a keen attention to detail.

In my QA Engineer Bootcamp (2025), I created checklists for systematic regression testing using agile methodologies and wrote structured, comprehensive test cases to produce detailed bug reports. I also designed UI and functionality tests using equivalence classes and boundary values, used mind maps and flowcharts to visualize requirements and pricing logic, and ran cross-browser tests to identify and document 15+ bugs while tracking resolution in Jira. Alongside QA, my Bilingual/ Specialized Medical Interpreter experience reinforced my discipline around sensitive information and compliance with privacy standards (HIPAA/GDPR), which carries directly into how I handle data integrity and verification.
