What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level HR role to support organizational HR processes—recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and payroll/attendance support—while helping with employee-focused initiatives and continuing to learn HR operations.

I’m a motivated and detail-oriented MBA (HR) graduate with internship experience in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and HR operations. I enjoy turning structured HR processes into a smooth, positive experience for candidates and employees.

In my internships at Reliance Industries Limited and Apollo Hospitals, I supported sourcing and screening through job portals, coordinated interview scheduling with hiring managers, and helped with onboarding documentation and HR formalities. I also maintained employee records and HR documentation to keep operations accurate and up to date.

I’m especially interested in contributing to employee-focused initiatives while learning how HR supports business outcomes end-to-end. I bring strong communication and time management skills, along with practical support for payroll and attendance tracking.
