What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Human Resources opportunity where I can contribute to talent acquisition, recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.

I've supported HR operations at Helium Renewable Energy Private Limited, handling employee records, attendance tracking, leave management, onboarding, and HR documentation.

I prepared HR reports, MIS, and operational trackers while coordinating with employees and internal teams to keep HR processes accurate and timely.

My HR project on employee motivation involved designing a survey, analyzing quantitative and qualitative responses, and developing recommendations to improve engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.
